Upon request, we offer the opportunity to take part in unique yoga and meditation experi-ences in contact with nature just a few meters away from the sea!
Yoga is an ancient Indian discipline practised to improve the overall mental and physical wellness of the individuals. The classes are suitable to beginners as well as yogis that are more experienced.
All ages and genders are welcome here. Our goal is to create an atmosphere of mindful moving meditation, combining Asana (postures) and Pranayama (breathing techniques). These two elements are strongly interconnected and will contrib-ute to a state of balance between body, mind and spirit with a feeling of union with nature.
Styles practised: Hatha and Vinyasa. Available in English and Italian
